1,Corrosion resistance:The ceramic material itself has corrosion resistance feature and can be applied to strong acid,alkali,inorganic salt,organic salt and seawater other than hydrofluoric acid etc. fields.Such as electroplating equipment,electronic equipment,chemical machinery,shipbuilding,medical equipment etc.
2,High temperature resistance:The ceramic bearing with retainer can be working on temperature between 180° C -260° C ,and does not cause expansion due to temperature differences.Fully loaded ball zirconia ceramic bearing can be used in furnaces,melting steel and other high temperature equipment.
3,Self-lubrication:Due to the small friction coefficient of ceramic bearings,Its surface is very smooth.So it has very good self-lubricating properties,especially the silicon nitride material lubrication performance is better.Therefore,ceramic bearings donot need to add any grease.
4,Non-magnetic:Ceramic bearing does not absorb dust.It can reduce the risk of bearing early peeling,noise and so on.Can be used in demagnetication equipment,precision instruments and other fields.
